Tots mine deliver to UAE and also ship to Saudi Arabia
How long will orders take to arrive?
All shipped items inside the UAE are delivered in 1 to 3 working days (following the date of dispatch), and withing 7 o 10 working days for remaining gulf countries.
How much does it cost to ship/deliver my order?
Delivery cost is 15 AED within United Arab Emirates

Prices shown for our products on the Website are in AED and are exclusive of taxes. These prices are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.

Do you have special discount for Esaad or Fazaa card’s holder?
Yes, thanks to our partnership with Esaad and Fazaa, we offer 20% discount for Esaad card holder's
and 10-20% discount for fazaa (depending on your card type)
How can I get the discount from Fazaa or Esaad?
Contact us on WhatsApp or our social media platforms, provide us with an image of your esaad or Fazaa card and we will provide you with the discount code to use it upon purchase.
Refund and Returns:
Can I return my order?
We guarantee accepting any refund request within 7 days from the delivery date without questioning. The product must be in its original condition and with the packaging material.
How do I receive my refund?
We shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
