AGREEMENT

A- Tots Mine Jewellery (collectively “Tots Mine”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which owns and operates the Internet website at www.totsmine.com (the “Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you are expressly consenting to the terms and conditions outlined on this page that are effective as of the date and time you use or access the Website (the “Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through this Website.

B- These Terms will constitute a legal agreement between “you” (the user of this Website) and Tots Mine. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Terms, please kindly refrain from using this Website.

C- These Terms may be modified from time to time without notice to you and you should therefore regularly review these Terms for any such modifications. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Website.

D- Tots Mine reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Website. If at any time the Terms are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the Website.

E- Certain areas of the Website may be subject to additional terms of use. By using such areas, or any part of, you agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas.

Registration

A- To use some of the services or features on the Website you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address totscare@totsmine.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

B- The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for our losses or others due to such unauthorized use.

Eligibility to Purchase

A- Purchase of our products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

B- In order to make purchases on the Website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Orders

A- We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected products due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive a product from our supplier. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund any payment made by you within thirty days of being advised that products become unavailable.

B- Sometimes, high demand causes us to run out of certain products. If we don’t have a product that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown for our products on the Website are in AED and are exclusive of taxes. These prices are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.

Accepting of your order

1- you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.

2- Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and Tots Mine will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the United Arab Emirates. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Tots Mine.

3- We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil your order in the event, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, that the product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within these Terms. Furthermore, we may refuse to process your order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party in this respect.

4- Though we make every effort to make sure details on our Website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the products, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Payment

1- Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Once the transaction is complete, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account and you will then be redirected to the Website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

2- If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3- Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide us when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Delivery & Insurance

Delivery Duration

All shipped items inside the UAE are delivered in 1 to 3 working days (following the date of dispatch), and withing 7 o 10 working days for remaining gulf countries.

Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

In case of order cancellation, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Tracking Order

Your order will be dispatched by tots mine and shipped via UPS. See below for the delivery method and estimated delivery times we offer.

When your order and payment are validated, Totsmine will send you an Order Acknowledgment email.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email from Totsmine which confirms our acceptance of your order. In this email, you will find a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your parcel on the carrier’s website. You can then access UPS website on www.ups.com and enter your shipment number under “Tracking” option.

 

Returns & Exchange

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at totscare@totsmine.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the Item and the Proof of purchase, then mail your return to UPS following address ()

Refunds

After receiving your return to our and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 7-14 work days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Defective and Damaged

 For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

All Tots Mine Special gifts & Toys must be at supervision of an adult once given to the Kids, Tots Mine take no responsively incase of any injury, accident, wrong used by the kids and adults take full responsibility by accompany the kids.
