1. Eligibility: Tots Mine Kids Club is complimentary and currently available in the UAE. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.
  2. Parent/Guardian Authority: By registering, the person completing the registration confirms that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian and are authorised to provide the information submitted and give the required consent.
  3. Birthday Gift: Each eligible newly registered child may receive one complimentary birthday welcome gift only. Membership does not create an entitlement to an annual or recurring birthday gift.
  4. Gift Selection: The gift type, design and value may vary and will be determined by Tots Mine, subject to availability. The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  5. Delivery: Birthday gift delivery is currently available within the UAE only. Tots Mine will contact the registered parent/legal guardian before delivery to obtain or confirm the required delivery details. Tots Mine will not intentionally arrange delivery directly with a child.
  6. Accurate Information: The parent/legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate and complete registration and delivery information.
  7. Misuse & Duplicate Registrations: Tots Mine may reasonably reject, suspend or cancel registrations or gifts where information appears false, unauthorised, fraudulent or duplicated. Duplicate registrations for the same child do not create entitlement to additional gifts.
  8. Availability: Gifts are subject to availability. Tots Mine may reasonably amend, suspend or discontinue the programme or its benefits in accordance with applicable UAE law.
  9. Offers: Discounts, promotional codes and other benefits are subject to their stated validity and applicable promotional terms and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
  10. Privacy: Personal information is processed in accordance with the Tots Mine Privacy Notice and applicable UAE laws.
  11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Dubai.
