Information We Collect:

We may collect the parent/legal guardian’s name, mobile/WhatsApp number, optional email address, child’s first name and date of birth, optional boy/girl selection, Emirate, registration source and, when required to arrange the birthday gift, delivery information provided by the parent/legal guardian.

Why We Collect It:

We use this information to administer Kids Club membership, remember the child’s birthday, communicate with the registered parent/legal guardian, arrange the one-time birthday welcome gift, maintain appropriate records and help prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations.

Children’s Information:

Information about a child must be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Tots Mine does not knowingly seek Kids Club registration information directly from children.

Marketing:

Marketing communications will be handled separately from Kids Club registration and sent to the parent/legal guardian where the appropriate consent or other lawful basis exists. Parents/legal guardians may withdraw marketing consent.

Sharing:

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorised service providers supporting the programme, such as technology/CRM and delivery providers, subject to appropriate data-protection arrangements. Tots Mine does not sell children’s personal information.

Retention:

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements.

Security:

Appropriate technical and organisational measures will be used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or misuse.

Your Rights:

Subject to applicable UAE law, parents/legal guardians may exercise applicable rights regarding personal data, including requesting access, correction or deletion, and withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
